Breathing is a physiological process over which we have some voluntary control. Since the body continues to breathe on its own even when we are not consciously aware of it, we tend to take our breath for granted. Unfortunately, restricted and shallow breathing patterns are common and often a learned response triggered by emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, pain and stress. The more our breathing shuts down, the more we are cut off from our primary source of energy. Our mental and emotional states suffer, and we are no longer bringing in all the oxygen needed for healthy, nourished cells nor releasing all of the toxins necessary for optimal health.
Transformational Breath™ is a safe and effective way to take back conscious control of this critical function and begin to lead a healthier and more joyful life.

Group Sessions
Introductory Class
How do YOU breath? In this class, you will learn the importance of the breath and how it relates to how you 'live' your life. An explanation of the Transformational Breath™ method is given, followed by a full facilitated breath session.
Full Day Workshops
Learn the importance and ease of mastering your breath. These full day workshops, consisting of two facilitated breath sessions, will teach participants how the breath can help resolve stress, increase energy, bring greater joy and balance to life and relationships plus much more.
Joy Breath Series (Mini)
The Mini - Joy Breath is a three-part series of two hour classes that will jump-start your awareness of the breath. You will learn the power of the circular breath, correct restricting breathing patterns and experience more joy in your life.
Joy Breath Series
This six-part series expands on the 'mini' and assists you in developing a healthy, stress-free lifestyle. Each evening consists of a different element and breath technique, practice session, full facilitated breath session and much more.
Reclaim Your Breath (RYB) Weekend
The RYB weekend consists of five breathing sessions; individual breath analysis; take home breath program, toning & sound healing, spiritual alignment and transformation plus much more. Empower yourself to better physical, mental/emotional and spiritual health - one breath at a time.
